Welcome to Black Mamba Marketplace! These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations for vendors selling digital and custom products on our platform. By registering as a vendor and using our services, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our website.
Account Registration
- Vendors must create an account to sell on Black Mamba Marketplace and provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process.
- Vendors are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information and for all activities that occur under their account.
Product Listings
- Vendors are solely responsible for the content, quality, and legality of the products they sell.
- Vendors must provide clear and accurate product descriptions, including any relevant terms and conditions for custom orders.
- All products must comply with applicable laws and regulations.
Prohibited Products
Black Mamba Marketplace only allows the sale of digital and custom products. The following products are prohibited:
- Physical goods
- Illegal or harmful products
- Products that infringe on intellectual property rights
- Any other products deemed inappropriate by Black Mamba Marketplace
Order Fulfillment
- Vendors must fulfill orders in a timely manner and ensure that products meet the described specifications.
- For custom products, vendors must communicate with customers to clarify any specific requirements and deliver the product as agreed.
Payments and Account Balance
- The amount for a product will only be reflected in the vendor’s account balance once the product has been received by the customer and the customer has marked the product as not scammed or not damaged.
- This policy is in place to protect both customers and vendors, ensuring that customers pay in advance and vendors receive payment after delivery.
- In the case of digital products, vendors will still have to wait to withdraw funds until they reach a minimum withdrawal limit of $100.
Refunds and Returns
- Vendors must establish their own refund and return policies for custom products and ensure these policies are clearly communicated to customers.
- Refunds for digital products will be handled on a casebycase basis, considering the nature of the product and the issue raised.
Fees
Black Mamba Marketplace may charge fees for listing products, transaction fees, or other service fees. All fees will be clearly disclosed to vendors.
Intellectual Property
- Vendors retain ownership of their intellectual property but grant Black Mamba Marketplace a license to use, display, and distribute their content on our platform.
- Vendors must respect the intellectual property rights of others and ensure that their products do not infringe on these rights.
Limitation of Liability
Black Mamba Marketplace is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
- Your use of our website or services
- Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein
- Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from our website
- Any bugs, viruses, Trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through our website by any third party
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Black Mamba Marketplace and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees arising from your use of our website or services or your violation of these Terms and Conditions.
